When We’re the Right Option
Rivanna Auction Co. is a good option for individuals and families who want a simpler alternative to selling items themselves online, but aren’t ready for a full estate liquidation. We often work with people who don’t want to manage eBay listings or Facebook Marketplace, as well as families helping older relatives begin the downsizing process.
Our approach is intentionally measured and local, bridging the gap between do-it-yourself selling and large estate auctions.
We’re well-suited for consignments that include:
- Small antiques and collectibles
- Mid-century modern items
- Hobby and specialty collections
- Quality decorative and household items
We focus on manageable consignments and do not currently offer full estate cleanouts.
